The agreement will be effective from 01 December 2025 and remain valid until 30 November 2027. Both institutions will jointly promote AI-based programs, design and implement curricula, award certifications, and work toward enhancing digital literacy. They will also run Faculty Development Programs to empower all stakeholders in the use of digital technologies.

Each party will bear its own expenses in matters related to this MoU. Neither party will make any public announcement regarding the MoU or its contents without prior written consent from the other. Both parties have agreed to collaborate on the following proposal:

The two institutions will work together to launch Intel’s “AI for Future Workforce” program in India — a program aimed at developing a digital-first mindset and digital readiness.
The Intel AI for Future Workforce initiative has the potential to equip future workers with essential AI skills needed to thrive in the digital economy. Its objective is to develop a strong understanding of AI and focuses on:

• Simplifying AI, building technical confidence, and enabling learners to independently apply AI skills.
• Enhancing employability for AI-related jobs by developing essential technological, career development, and social skills.
• Demonstrating employability through AI projects showcasing industrial and societal impact.

For the Future Workforce Program, Intel may localize AI content for the Indian context. Intel will co-facilitate hosting the program on Sona Devi University’s website, support the university in successful implementation, organize orientation sessions for university officials, build capacities among identified trainers, jointly award co-branded certificates to trained students, and create pathways for student employment in relevant industries.

Sona Devi University may undertake the following tasks:
• Develop certificate, diploma, or degree programs based on the deployment model.
• Identify and nominate faculty members for “Train-the-Trainer” programs.
• Facilitate the hosting of the program on the university website.
