The objective of a Student Grievances Redressal Cell (SGRC) are Sona Devi University is to address student grievances and complaints in a timely manner. The SGRC’s objectives include:

1. Providing a platform: Giving students a way to voice their concerns about academic, personal, or administrative issues that impact their learning environment.
2. Ensuring transparency: Allowing students to express their grievances anonymously and NAL will treat the complaint confidentially and secretly.
3. Resolving grievances quickly: Establishing a mechanism for the swift resolution of grievances.
4. Providing counseling: Offering counseling to students as part of the grievance resolution process.
5. Maintaining a harmonious environment: Working to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere.
6. Educating students: Informing students of their rights and responsibilities under the policies.
7. Identifying systemic issues: Identifying systemic flaws in the design and administration of various products and seeking solutions.
8. Monitoring: Establishing a monitoring mechanism to oversee the functioning of the grievance redressal policy as per the UGC SGRC Guidelines.
