Regarding Admission to Sona Devi University

All aspirants and parents are hereby informed that admission to various courses and programmes offered by Sona Devi University is conducted strictly in accordance with the eligibility criteria, admission guidelines, merit/selection criteria, and processes prescribed by the University from time to time.

The University has come to notice that certain individuals, agencies, consultants, and organisations may make false or misleading advertisements or claims through newspapers, websites, social media platforms, telephone calls, or other means, stating that they can guarantee or secure admission to Sona Devi University in consideration of money or other benefits.

In this regard, Sona Devi University strongly advises all aspirants and parents to exercise caution and refrain from entering into any financial or other transaction with such individuals, agencies, consultants, or organisations claiming to guarantee admission to the University.

Sona Devi University has not authorised any individual, agent, consultant, agency, or organisation to guarantee or assure admission on behalf of the University. Admission is granted only through the University's prescribed admission process and after verification of the candidate's eligibility and required documents. The University provides official admission facilities and procedures for applicants, including online and offline admission processes.

Applicants and parents are therefore advised to obtain admission-related information only through the official communication channels and authorised representatives of Sona Devi University and to verify any claim regarding admission directly with the University.

The University further cautions that it does not recognise or accept any assurance of admission made by unauthorised persons or agencies. Any amount paid by an applicant or parent to such unauthorised persons or agencies shall be at their own risk and responsibility, and the University shall not be liable for any loss or financial transaction arising therefrom.

Applicants are also advised not to submit false documents, provide misleading information, or attempt to influence the admission process through any unauthorised person or intermediary. Any such action may result in cancellation of the applicant's admission or candidature and may lead to debarment from admission, as per the rules and regulations of the University.
