Offline Admission Process at Sona Devi University
1.) Visit the University Campus 🏛️
- Go to the university’s admission office during working hours.
2.) Collect the Prospectus & Admission Form 📄
- Obtain the prospectus and admission form from the university counter.
- Read the guidelines carefully before filling out the form.
3.) Fill Out the Admission Form ✍️
- Ensure that all personal information, academic qualifications, and preferred courses are provided accurately and completely during the application process.
4.) Submit all necessary documents along with your application for verification 📑
📸 Passport-size photographs (as per university specifications)
📝 Original and photocopies of academic certificates
10th mark sheet & certificate
12th mark sheet & certificate
Graduation documents (if applicable)
📄 Transfer Certificate (TC) and Migration Certificate (if applicable)
🧾 Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories, if applicable)
🆔 Identity Proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or any government-issued ID)
5.) Complete the admission process by submitting the required fee payment 💳
- Deposit the applicable admission and tuition fees at the university’s fee counter or through the authorized bank branch.
- Obtain and keep the payment receipt safely for your records and future use.
6.) Hand in the completed admission form along with all required documents 📂
- Submit the completed application form and necessary documents to the admissions office in person.
- Make sure all information is accurate to prevent application refusal.
7.) Document Verification & Validation 🔍
- The university will review and authenticate all submitted documents.
- If deemed necessary, you may be requested to attend an interview or participate in a counselling session as part of the admission process to further assess your eligibility and suitability for the program.
8.) Get your admission approval and confirmation ✅
- After successful verification, you will be issued the Admission Confirmation Letter.
- You will be given your enrolment number along with other relevant details.
9.) Pick up your identity card and essential study resources 🎓📚
- Obtain your university ID card and collect the necessary academic materials provided.
10.) Participate in the Orientation Program 🏫
- Participate in the university’s orientation program to understand campus regulations, meet faculty members, and explore available facilities.
