MoU Signed Between Sona Devi University and Confederation of Indian Industry – Young Indians

An MoU was signed today between Sona Devi University and the Confederation of Indian Industry – Young Indians (Yi) at the university office located in Ghatshila. The MoU will be valid for a period of three years. The CII offers students a platform to contribute towards realizing the dream of a developed India. Young Indians is an integral part of it, with over 6,250 active members and operations in 66 cities.

As per the MoU, Young Indians will enroll and register 250 students from Sona Devi University each year and include them in its programs. Both parties will provide academic cooperation to each other based on mutual agreement and will collaborate on various activities.

Young Indians offers a platform to youth across the country to take initiatives, plan, and implement programs in key focus areas. It also provides students the opportunity to develop leadership skills. The objective is to enable students to work on plans, engage in self-development, enhance their skills, contribute to community service, and participate in nation-building.

On this occasion, representing Sona Devi University were Chancellor Mr. Prabhakar Singh, Dr. Neet Nayana, and Dr. Saikat Chakraborty. Representing CII were Ms. Ankita Naredi and Mr. Ujjwal Mahato. The MoU was signed by Assistant Registrar Ms. Archana Singh and Ms. Mokshita Gautam.
